Gut Health is the cornerstone of overall wellness and vitality. Luckily, achieving it doesn't have to be a complicated task. This course is perfect for people suffering from digestive issues such as gas, bloating, heartburn, diarrhea, urgency, constipation, and provides an alternative path to reducing symptoms without prescription medications. This journey follows my Five Pillars of Gut Health, including Sleep, Diet, Supplements, Stress Management and Exercise, over a 12 week period. With a doctorate in Pharmacology, a specialty board certification in Geriatric Pharmacy and a background Food Science I am able to help my clients bring their body back into balance safely and effectively and improve their overall health, wellness, and energy levels.
